The nonprofit that Jamie has pledged to support Lynn Spears through the sale of her upcoming memoir has declined to accept money from the ailing star.
In yet another setback for the controversial book, the 501 (c) (3) This Is My Brave announced on Monday that his team was giving away an opportunity to receive revenue from “Things I Should Have Said,” which is slated to hit stores on Jan. 18th, 2022.
“We heard you. We’re taking action, ”the mental health charity said in a statement on Instagram. “We deeply regret everyone we have offended. We decline the donation from the upcoming book by Jamie Lynn Spears. ”
This Is My Brave went on to state in the title of the post that it was“ recommended to be a beneficiary organization for the proceeds of the memoir, ”but ultimately « made the decision to decline the offer ».
Jamie Lynn’s business manager Lou Taylor did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
While This Is My Brave did not provide any reason, they were likely playing The growing battle cries of Britney Spears fans played a role.

Jamie, 69, was suspended as curator of Britney’s estate in September. A trial is scheduled for November 12th to decide whether to close the Conservatory altogether.
