Italy’s defender Leonardo Spinazzola had an operation on his torn Achilles tendon and has to pause for around six months.
« The operation was a perfect success, » he wrote on Instagram along with a picture of him in his hospital bed.
Spinazzola, a Tottenham Hotspur target prior to his injury, had surgery in Finland.
