Psst – a little birdie told us that Grammy-winning singer LeAnn Rimes will help us get the new year off to the best possible start.

The « Blue » singer was a hardworking bee. From the recording of her upcoming studio album God’s Work, growing for her candle line, recording her lifestyle podcast Wholly Human to the inspiration jury on the Discovery competition series Meet Your Makers Showdown, we are constantly trying to keep up with what LeAnn is working on has. As if that doesn’t sound like a crammed catalog of services, the singer shared even more exciting news with her fans on Instagram.

The Pasadena Tournament of Roses is a New Years celebration that has been celebrated for over a century. This year, LeAnn will be the 133rd Rose Parade with a remixed one and a remastered song titled Throw My Arms Around the World. It’s a song made specifically for the Rose Parade, and as an international multi-platinum singer, there’s a good chance LeAnn will make it the first song will be included in our 2022 playlists.

The fans were of course delighted with the news and left sweet comments on the singer’s Instagram post like:

If you ask us, LeAnn’s powerful voice is enough to to grab our hearts and attention, but after that year the parade sets a celebratory tone for 2022. You can see the Rose Parade dancers, the Rose Parade drummers, a fireworks display and z Expect hour-long queues with some of the most beautiful flower carts you have ever seen.

The 133rd Rose Parade, presented by Honda, will air live on ABC, NBC, Hallmark Channel and Univision on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at 8 a.m. PST.

The parade will be followed by the 108th Rose Bowl Game , where Ohio State meets Utah in hopes of winning the Leishman Trophy.
