Lionel Messi made his highly anticipated Ligue 1 debut for Paris St. Germain on Sunday when Kylian Mbappe’s brace gave the capital’s club a 2-0 win at the Stade de Reims.
The Argentine striker, who joined PSG from Barcelona on a two-year contract earlier this month, was in the 66th.
PSG has held its perfect record this season and remains at the top with a maximum of 12 points.
Mbappe, who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, headed the opener after 15 minutes before doubling his record for his third goal of the season after 63 minutes.
