Marcelo Bielsa has assured Leeds fans that there will be no problem between him and Kalvin Phillips after the English midfielder was substituted on Saturday’s draw in Brighton. </ Bielsa said Phillips' status as a Leeds "Idol" was "fully deserved" and insisted that his decision to replace him at halftime was for the good of the team.

Football experts Jamie Redknapp and Tim Sherwood suggested after Leeds’ poor team performance in Brighton that everything was not all right between Bielsa and one of its star players.
Bielsa responded by saying Phillips earned his status among Leeds fans and everyone at the club is committed to maintaining that relationship.
