It looks like Marvel Studios has found its chief writer for the upcoming Armor Wars series, and THR reports that comedian and writer Yassir Lester (The Carmichael Show, Girls) is signing up for the Disney series Armor Wars will be a reunion for Lester and lead actor Don Cheadle, who previously worked on Showtime comedy Black Monday, which Lester co-wrote, co-produced and co-starred.
While the plot details are kept under wraps for Armor Wars, we know that the series will see Cheadle again as James Rhodes, aka War Machine, while he faces Tony Stark’s worst fear – his technology gets caught up in that wrong hands.

It is not yet known when we can expect Armor Wars, but in 2023 there seems to be a good reputation e.g. Assuming everything goes smoothly.
