CM – Mary Hardin-Baylor defeated North Central, 57-24, for the NCAA DIII national title

CANTON, OHIO – American Southwest Conference Champion Mary Hardin-Baylor Crusaders made her fourth Stagg Bowl appearance in five years, throttling North Central, 57-24, and winning her second NCAA Division III football championship since 2018.

Brownwood graduate Tommy Bowden, a junior, recorded seven tackles in the Stagg Bowl and finished the season on 16. Khyren Deal, another Brownwood graduate, had 14 freshman tackles for the year.
