The 37-year-old country star was picked up by her The Marfa Tapes co-creators Jack Ingram and Jon Randall for an appearance at the awards ceremony on Wednesday night (9th).
Miranda, Jack and Jon sat on the Stage around a fire pit while they strung guitars while performing their song « Tequila Does ».
« Tequila Does » first appeared on their 2019 album Wildcard, then again on The Marfa Tapes, released earlier this year.
Miranda stands for four awards tonight, including Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year. The full list of nominees can be found here.
The 2021 CMT Awards will be on CMT TODAY, as well as MTV, MTV2 , Logo, TV Land and Paramount Network with co-hosts Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini.
