This year’s Eurovision winners Måneskin have officially released their music video for « I Wanna Be Your Slave ».
It is her latest music video since the release of her music video for her Eurovision winning song ‘Zitti e buoni’ in March this year.
« I Wanna Be Your Slave » is from the band’s second album « Teatro d’ira: Vol. I’ released this year shortly after their great victory at the Italian music festival Sanremo.
The music video is directed by the 26-year-old film director Simone Bozzelli, with Aurora Manni and Måneskin taking care of the creative direction. The music video is raw, very rock ‘n’ roll, which flirts with elements of BDSM. The band has a music video here that is going to crash the internet, especially with their own fans.
« I Wanna Be Your Slave » is one of several songs by the Italian band that has appeared in streaming and national charts around the world.
In Australia, ‘I Wanna Be Your Slave’ is currently number 15 on the ARIA singles chart, having debuted at number 21 the week before. Måneskin’s cover of The Four Seasons’ 1967 track ‘Beggin’ is currently number 3! In the UK Official Singles Top 100, “I Wanna Be Your Slave” is currently number 5.
Måneskin has had a great influence in the United States so far. You are currently at number 3 on the Billboard Emerging Artist chart.
This week the band was one of two Eurovision winning artists to climb the US Billboard Hot 100 chart!
The Dutch Eurovision winner 2019, Duncan Laurence, climbed into the charts with his Eurovision winning song « Arcade » and reached his highest place to date at number 58.
Måneskins’ Beggin » jumped last after its debut Week at number 78 by 32 places to number 46.
‘I Wanna Be Your Slave’ has not yet influenced the US Billboard Hot 100, but is just at number 9 on the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart. We expect it to have a huge impact after the music video is released.
