Dani Pedrosa fell, causing Lorenzo Savadori to run over his bike and tore the fuel tank up. The motorcycle burst into flames and spread over the track as the spilled gasoline fire.
It took the marshals half an hour to clear the debris and clean the fuel on the track. The race is now back on track. The race management was in a hurry to restart the race as rain is still expected, so the drama may not be over yet.
