CM – Ocon and Russell increase starting penalties for Mexico

Five drivers will face starting penalties at the Mexico City Grand Prix after the drops have been confirmed for Esteban Ocon and George Russell.

Ocon is the fourth driver to pick up a new engine and commit to doing so Starting at the end of the grid, making it 16 of the 20 cars that have outperformed engine components so far this season.
