Damien Oliver won his seventh VRC Oaks as a jockey after riding the James Cummings-trained Willowy to victory in a throbbing finish at Flemington Racecourse.
Oliver and Willowy stormed late in the run Home to overwhelm Douceur in the Group One feature.
It’s Oliver’s third straight win at the Oaks, after victories aboard Miami Bound (2019) and Personal (2020).
