Could we see golfers adopting the Super League plan in the near future? Well, Phil Mickelson certainly doesn’t sound against it.
After his Pro-Am for the Wells Fargo Championship this week, Mickelson shared his thoughts on the Premier Golf League, also known as the Super Golf League.
Mickelson believes the Premier Golf League would be beneficial to fans as they see the best golfers in the world on a global schedule.
« I think fans would love it because they see the best players exponentially more often play, « Mickelson said of ESPN. « Instead of four or five times it would be 20 times … I don’t know what the final number will be. »
While it sounds like Mickelson agrees with the idea, he admitted that there were some There are shortcomings in forming a Super League.
