The singer « Love on the Brain » listed her 5,900 square foot farmhouse in Beverly Hills on the rental market for $ 80,000 a month, according to Realtor.com – her most expensive known rental offer to date.
Rihanna’s house in Hidden Hills was listed for $ 35,000 per month in 2019, and it was asking for $ 16,500 per month for her West Hollywood home in 2018.
This new listing comes just seven months after the « Umbrella » singer bought the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bedroom property in Beverly Hills for $ 13.75 million. In March, the 33-year-old with a pixie cut also bought the 3,600-square-foot Tudor house next door for $ 10 million.
The mansion for $ 80,000 a month sits on a hill above the stone driveway and the four car garage. Gray hipped roofs cover white shingles and brick walls. The front offers a covered porch, two balconies, a Juliet balcony and a sunken fireplace, photos show.
Enter through a black-trimmed glass pivoting door to find chevron wood floors that lead guests through the house to the courtyard. A half-sunburst mosaic of white, black, and gray tiles leads to the courtyard with a fire pit in a central courtyard, as photos show.
Resisting the urge to enter the courtyard, guests can turn left in the foyer to find the kitchen, breakfast room and large hall, show photos.
Photos of the kitchen show gold-colored fittings, two islands, two refrigerators and stone surfaces. Attached is an intimate breakfast room with a black leather niche.
Behind the breakfast room is a pointed cathedral ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a modern chandelier, as photos show.
The great room looks directly over the pool through the back yard onto a private enclosed patio, showing multiple photo angles and floor plans (some photo angles make it appear as if you are leading to an enclosed space).
To the right of the foyer is a living room with coffered ceilings, unique diamond patterns on the walls, a modern chandelier and an oversized stone fireplace. It is also accessible from the fire pit at the front of the house through pocket doors, photos show.
Further back, a lounge contrasts the country house style with dark molded walls, built-in liquor shelves, a four-seater black stone bar, a black and gray fireplace and a large TV, photos show.

Behind the guest house, up a lighted flight of stairs, is a raised deck with views of Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills and an elevated lawn lined with trees, according to a video tour taken by the agency before Rihanna bought the house.
A listing broker representative, James Harris of The Agency, did not respond to a request for comment. Harris has represented several of Riri’s real estate deals, but her property manager is unknown.
Rihanna’s net worth is unknown, but her Savage X Fenty lingerie brand was recently valued at $ 1 billion and she has over $ 8 million, according to Forbes – Dollars donated to COVID-19 relief efforts. She also has her own line of leggings, a makeup empire and, fans hope, a haircare line soon.
She and romantic partner rapper A $ AP Rocky were last spotted in New York City.
One of their previous homes, now owned by John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, is currently listed for $ 17.7 million.
