It’s no surprise professional tennis Serena Williams has an epic home gym. (After all, hours on the tennis court are only part of her workout!)

But in her latest Instagram story video, Serena revealed that she’s not the only one sweating out at home. As she walks through her gym, the 23-time Grand Slam winner mentions that she is thinking about reorganizing to make room for new equipment.

And pushed against the mirror are a few parts of much smaller machines. As it turned out, her 4-year-old daughter also loves Olympic sports.

« My little baby has some gear, » says Serena. « She’s got an elliptical and then the stairmaster or the treadmill and then she’s got a little bike. » The tiny toy versions are perhaps the cutest things I’ve seen all week, TBH:

If you’re one of Serena’s 14 million IG followers then you know this isn’t the first time she has one Partnership with Olympia sees. They recently rocked matching outfits, complete with adorable bow headbands:

While it is clear that Serena bases her workout on a science, she is also concerned with a balanced diet. « My philosophy is to eat to live. Don’t live to eat, » she shared with Women’s Health. « I want to have a healthy lifestyle and [I’ve been eating] a lot of vegetables lately, mostly plant-based, just super healthy stuff. »

The athlete added that she is trying to see food as just another aspect of her life . “You need it to survive. And [it’s] very difficult to live because I definitely love to snack, but that’s what I want. These are my goals, ”she said.

As for her every day, Serena made it clear that she’s not a great breakfast person. « I just forget or run around preparing for the Olympics, » she explained. “And then I go to train. . . When I roll out of bed [in the morning] I’m just not hungry. «

For lunch she usually has protein with a green side, like a gluten-free bean burrito or bean burger. Dinner could be a recipe she dug up on social media. « I get inspired by what I see on Instagram and I love doing it, » said Serena.

The only thing she’s not big on? Noodles (I know!). « The only time I eat noodles is when I play / train, » she shared. « Usually you never see me eating pasta because I feel like I’m eating it I’ve had to eat so often in my career. It’s just like that, I never want to see pasta again. «

The same goes for other foods: » I can have a smoothie for six months, « she added. » And then I will I say I don’t want to see a smoothie for the next six months. And then I’ll say, okay, I’m back on the smoothie. My food is very moody. «
