CM – The Supreme Court won’t say whether a secret surveillance court needs to release opinions


(CNN) The Supreme Court on Monday declined to consider a request from the American Civil Liberties Union and other groups whether a special court reviewing government requests for electronic surveillance for foreign intelligence purposes should disclose significant opinions post September 11th came.
