The footage came from a ferocious battle at a rugby junior league game in Brisbane over the weekend that saw father Josh Jones in need of facial surgery.
Mr Jones was seriously injured while fighting in a Division 1 U13 game between Wynnum Manly and Logan Brothers on Sunday at Kitchener Park in Wynnum.
The footage shows a fight between rival fans coming onto the field from the stands. Up to 20 adults are involved in the fight, with some children coming close to violence.
The spectators shouted from the stands, with one woman shouting « These are the royal cops » and another shouting « They have started this ».
In the video, several people are seen throwing punches while a man is kicked in the head while lying on the floor.
Wynnum Police Chief Sergeant Wayne Richter confirmed that the altercation between two spectators took place in the stands before it was taken to the field.
« A Logan viewer or supporter had an argument with people from Wynnum in the stands where there was an argument that then became physical and went onto the field, » he said.

Police are looking for a 36-year-old Logan man following the incident in an U13 Division 1 game between Wynnum Manly and Logan Brothers at Kitchener Park in Wynnum yesterday.

The victim was a 35-year-old Manly West man believed to be undergoing facial surgery today.
« The person from Wynnum was then attacked and taken away in an ambulance with serious injuries. »
A GoFundMe page was set up yesterday to help the family of the man who will need surgery following the incident. Almost $ 4,000 of the $ 10,000 goal already raised.
« At this point he is still waiting for an operation. Josh was ready to start a new job on Tuesday but now has no idea when to start, » wrote organizer Debbie Saint.
« I would like to raise funds to take the immediate financial pressures off this family as they heal physically and emotionally. »
« We are taking the incident very seriously, we are concerned about the behavior of adults at a sporting event that involves young people, and we will not tolerate this type of behavior, » he said.
There was also a second victim, a 59-year-old woman from Hemmant who suffered minor injuries after the male victim fell on her in the stands.
Logan Brothers President Duane Antcliff said he met with the team’s parents tonight to discuss the incident.
Wynnum Manly Junior Rugby League Football Club responded to the incident on Facebook, stating that the board and staff « worked with the Queensland Police and the Brisbane Rugby League in their investigation. »
