The 53-year-old woman who tested positive for COVID-19 this morning is a highly communicable case, says Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama.
The day laborer traveled between Nadi and Lautoka and accepted on Friday and Saturday attended a funeral in Tavakubu, Lautoka.
Bainimarama says the woman interacted with the soldier when she left to clean his room.
The Prime Minister says Fiji is at risk and the violation against the protocol should not have been repeated.
