Lil Wayne to Perform at Las Vegas Raiders Home Opener

Lil Wayne, the influential hip-hop artist, will be taking the stage at halftime during the Las Vegas Raiders’ home opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Allegiant Stadium. With a successful career spanning over 15 years, Lil Wayne has consistently topped the charts with his music. His most recent album, « Funeral, » reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Wayne has also received numerous awards and accolades, including the Global Impact Award and the BMI Icon Award. His performance at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards further solidified his status as an iconic figure in the genre.

Jordin Sparks to Perform National Anthem

Jordin Sparks, the Grammy-nominated artist and winner of season six of American Idol, will be performing the National Anthem prior to kickoff. Sparks has sold over 10 million digital tracks in the U.S. and has also made a name for herself as a songwriter. She has hosted several iconic television programs and has participated in multiple NFL Super Bowls. Sparks’ performance will be followed by a flyover from two squadrons of the Nellis Air Force Base United States Air Force Weapons School.

Raiders House Band and Pro Football Hall of Fame Ring of Excellence

The Raiders House Band, led by David Perrico, will be returning for their third year of entertaining the Raider Nation. Comprised of world-class Las Vegas musicians, the band has performed with renowned artists such as Celine Dion and Beyonce. Additionally, the Stabler family will be presented with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Ring of Excellence, honoring the late Raiders quarterback Ken Stabler. The Raiders are proud to celebrate this historic achievement for the city of Las Vegas.
