The Toronto Raptors will have centre Serge Ibaka available as they try to stave off elimination in Game 6 of their second-round series with the Boston Celtics Wednesday.
Ibaka had been dealing with an ankle issue but is healthy enough to play, per Raptors coach Nick Nurse.
Ibaka suffered the injury after falling awkwardly while playing defence in the second half of Toronto’s 111-89 loss to the Celtics on Monday.
The 30-year-old is a key player off the bench for the defending NBA champions. He is averaging 15.1 points and 8.2 rebounds during the playoffs.
Toronto trails Boston 3-2 in its best-of-seven matchup. The winner of the series proceeds to play the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.
