The Federal Government’s HomeBuilder funding program is being extended by three months. Another 15. 000 homes are expected to be approved under the program by March next year.
Cabinet Minister David Littleproud has confirmed the extension and said the program was a « real success story ». .
« It is having a significant impact on getting us out of this COVID recession, » he told Sky News Sunday’s agenda.
He said the program that helps builders and renovators has increased housing permits by 20 percent.
