Tanya Roberts was an original Charlie’s Angel as well as a Bond girl who starred alongside Roger Moore in A View To Kill in 1985 – she reportedly collapsed on Christmas Eve

Tanya Roberts died aged 65 after she reportedly « collapsed after walking her dogs on Christmas Eve. « 

She was an original Charlie’s Angel on the TV series, as well as a Bond girl who starred alongside Roger Moore in A View To Kill in 1985.

TMZ has reported that Tanya returned home from a walk with her dogs when she was « collapsed » and « taken to hospital ». « 

Your rep told the site that Tanya « was put on a ventilator but never got better. « 

When Tanya talked about being a Bond girl, she said, « At the time I didn’t know what I know now, and to be honest, who would really turn down this role?

« Nobody would. All you have to think is, « Could I have been better at that part? » That’s all you can tell yourself because refusing the part would have been ridiculous, you know? I mean nobody would do that, nobody. « 

She added, « I was very young and did what I thought was the right choice. « 

Tanya will also be remembered as one of the original Charlie’s Angels, who went on to become one of the most recognizable pop culture TV shows.

She played Julie Rogers on the show for a year before playing the role she could best remember.

She also starred in a number of films during the 70s and 80s, including The Beastmaster and Sheena among her 40 actors.

In addition to acting, Tanya also had a modeling career, posing for Playboy in 1982.
