After Sally & Erica says goodbye, we can now announce that Bryce & Ebony starts from Triple Breakfast January 2021.

Already firm fan favorites, you heard Bryce & Ebony on Brekkie and Drive as early as 2020. Not only did they shoot funny things together, but they also produced ridiculous but truly unforgettable content.

Like the time they were asked for « 10 minutes » by Lucy Smith, hostess of Triple J Mornings, only to hold their hostage for three hours. Or when they renamed the IDs of the Triple J transmitters, reenacted a dramatic scene from The Notebook and a Dr. Insert Karl sample into a DJ mix.

The dynamic duo couldn’t be happier when their early mornings are irreparably shattered forever and get up at the crack of dawn to hang out with you from 6am on weekdays.

Bryce Mills says the gig was a childhood dream come true. « I was in high school when I decided to have a triple J breakfast one day. . . « 

« It was quite arrogant of me to make that statement during math class with no idea how I’d get to Triple J, but here we are! I can’t tell you how proud and excited I am start new role and get to know Triple-J listeners on an even deeper level. ”

« The past two years have had the most incredible time hanging out and celebrating my Saturday nights with people all over the country! I was so humble and grateful for this opportunity alone, but now able to be with Triple-J -Waking up to listeners and hanging out at my dream workplace every day is still something I want to fully process. « 

Bryce will continue to host Triple J Brekkie for the remainder of 2020, while new hosts will be announced for House Party and Weekend Arvos in early 2021. And before you ask, no, there are no other major changes in the line-up of the programs.

26-year-old Bryce Mills hailed from Moranbah via Woy Woy and started on community radio on 2SER before sweating three times to get him a job.

Bryce took the opportunity to lead Triple J’s reception in 2018, answering phones and stuffing marketing materials into the Unearthed High and Hottest 100 envelopes, unbeknownst to everyone that Bryce would be the Triple J presenter on a regular basis within two years Fill out the Triple J shows like Breakfast, Drive, Mornings and Lunch and host Triple J Weekend Arvos this year too.

Aside from radio, you can also watch Bryce on his weekly podcast God Is Dead, which packs the worst deals from the internet and pop culture, Channel Tens Unpacked series, toasting episodes from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, or via his own social media -Docu reality satire videos that have been viewed over a million times. As a comedian, he has sold out several shows at Sydney Comedy and the Sydney Fringe Festival and has performed at the Secret Garden Festival.

Co-hosting Triple J Brekkie is 25 year old hip hop and dance lover Ebony Boadu. Ebony was born and raised in West Sydney. Because of her obsession with music, she hosted spots on FBi, SBS, and MTV before joining Triple J in 2019 to put music to your Saturday nights at Triple J’s house party. During this time, Ebony was also on the rise at Triple J Breakfast, Drive, Good Nights and the Hip Hop Show due to its rapidly growing popularity.

Ebony is also an accomplished DJ who has played sets at all major festivals such as the Splendor In The Grass and Falls festival and has supported Stormzy and Leikeli47 alongside her own headline tours. She is a renowned flavor maker deeply involved in the global music scene, and her exuberant energy carries over both in her sets and through the microphone.
