A seriously injured man was arrested after three other people were allegedly assaulted in a house owned by Fool Warren South.
Police were called to Springvalley Way in southeast Melbourne just after 1pm on Monday after reports that several people had been seriously attacked.

« During the inspection of the property, the police found two people with serious injuries and a third person with serious injuries, » said a media spokeswoman for the police.
A considerable police presence remains at the crime scene, with parts of the residential street cordoned off with police tape. A police helicopter was deployed early Monday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for Ambulance Victoria confirmed that four people from the scene had been rushed to hospital in severe condition with upper body injuries.
One person was taken to Alfred Hospital in critical condition while another was taken to Dandenong Hospital, the spokeswoman said.
