Durant had not played since suffering a devastating torn Achilles tendon in the fifth game of the championship series for the Warriors against Toronto on June 10, 2019.

Durant finished with 22 points and Irving with 26 points as the Nets dusted the Warriors for a 26-point win and even had a 38-point lead in the fourth quarter.

Given the incredible depth Brooklyn is, KD and Kyrie will have plenty of nights for load management, making the networks even more intimidating.

But when these two are on the court together, Brooklyn has already shown they will be significantly improved this season as the pair alone outperform the Warriors in the opening quarter.
