Princess Diana was so badly manipulated at one point that she thought she was being spied on and in an effort to find the truth, she tore up floorboards and even loose ends of the phone.
The claim was made by Paul Borrell, the mastermind behind the IT documentary, in the Diana Interview: A Princess’ Revenge. He explained, « The princess actually suspected that she was being stalked, and that she was being watched.
Even Princess Diana’s biographer, Andrew Morton, agreed with Mr.. Borrell claims and explained to The Mirror, “She was definitely very concerned about the Secret Services, about MI5, about MI6..
“There were strange things happening within the families of the Prince and Princess of Wales. Her bodyguard – Ken Wharf – was feeling he was being pursued.
“Her best friend Richard Kay, Daily Mail journalist – was robbed several times and hired a private investigator. My private office has been broken into. But there was an index of things.
“She was being watched,” Syed. Morton went on to say, « Whether it’s phone hacking or espionage. . . There have been occasions when we have raised floorboards and loosened the end of phones to see if there were any listening devices.
Despite agreeing with Mr.. However, the introduction to Borrell, mr. Morton refuted any possible paranoia on the princess’s part. The princess was not paranoid, but she was anxious.
