Beverly Hills star’s real housewife Lisa Vanderpump paid tribute to her adorable dog Giggy – who was as synonymous with the reality show as Lisa – after he died
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is devastated after her beloved dog Giggy dies.
The little Pomeranian puppy dog was as synonymous with the reality show as the British star Lisa.
Lisa, 60, shared a selection of photos with her 2 on Instagram. 6 million followers announcing his sad death.
She wrote, « We are devastated to say our beloved Giggy passed away this morning.
« He was truly loved, and we know how many of you loved him too. Our cute gigolo was such an amazing, unique dog, but it was mainly because of him that we started the Vanderpump Dog Foundation and started our mission to save as many dogs as possible. «
She continued, « He inspired us to start our rescue work and we will always be grateful for that. Giggy’s legacy will live on through every dog Vanderpump Dogs rescues. «
She signed out of herself and her husband, Ken Todd, and said, « Thank you for your support. Rest in peace Giggy we love you. «
Lisa, who has her own show Vanderpump Rules, added on Twitter: « It’s been a terrible year without a doubt.
« My little furry man just came over. . . my heart is broken. So much loss in so many ways.
« But we will get through this together and have courage in the face of adversity. Love you all. Good night. «
Lisa’s followers and friends quickly sent their congratulations to the star and filled their comment section with love.
Her husband Tom Schwartz added, « RIP Giggy, you have been loved by many and have brought so much joy to the world. «
Andy Cohen, head of Real Housewives, said: « Giggy was Bravo’s first dog. Really love at first sight for the cutest puppy we had ever seen. RIP nice gigolo. «
Little Giggy had alopecia and was often spotted on TV in flamboyant outfits like a tuxedo when he joined Lisa almost everywhere she went.
Lisa Vanderpump, born in London, was one of the original stars of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
She played on the show between 2010 and 2019 but did not return for 10. Season back that aired this year.
In 2013, she landed her own spin-off Vanderpump rules that focus on the staff of her restaurants in West Hollywood, SUR, Pump and, more recently, TomTom.
