After Sydney Sixers set a target of 167 runs for the Melbourne Renegades in the ongoing Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) game, Courtney Webb scored one of the best catches of the tournament with a tremendous effort to get Ellyse Perry back in to send the pavilion. Cricket Australia’s Twitter handle retweeted a video from the tournament’s social media account welcoming the 20-year-old. In the video, commentators even praised the effort, pointing out that the catch was attempted in difficult conditions. Molly Strano was the bowler who registered the layoff.
Sydney captain Perry was on 37 of 38 deliveries after hitting five foursome. Perry cursed a delivery of strano and pushed it towards Webb, who sprinted afterwards and dived full-length to grab the ball.

Sophie Molineux and Lea Tahuhu were the other bowlers in Melbourne, each registering a wicket, with Sydney finishing at 166/4.
