According to Sean Highkin of Bleacher Report, CJ McCollum, the guardian of the Portland Trail Blazers, will be out for at least a week due to a minor ankle sprain, head coach Terry Stotts said on Monday.
The 29-year-old has been in this season 13 games averaged 26.7 points, five assists and 1.3 steals, while he shot 44.1% on 11 attempts from depth per game.
Veteran Rodney Hood will be in McCollum’s place for Monday’s matinee start against the San Antonio Spurs.
