Meanwhile, Hydro One told Newstalk1010 that around 230. 000 customers in the dark, across southwest and central Ontario. Once again, this number could increase as strong winds continue.
If you see broken power lines, be warned not to approach, even if they do not appear alive. Stay at least 10 meters back and contact hydroelectric crews for assistance.
