As for her diet, she starts her day with plenty of water. Liz told the Daily Mail UK that the first thing in the morning she has two warm cups of water. » It tastes pretty gross, but it’s great for your digestive system  » she said.

And she likes to keep her plate full of produce and super fresh ingredients. Elizabeth actually grows her own food and tries to buy local produce as often as possible.

« All summer about we eat fruits and vegetables from my own garden, « she told The Cut. » I used to have a small organic farm and all the meat my son ate came from the farm. Of course, this isn’t possible for most people, but it is a good thing to support local farmers wherever you live. «
