World news – Etna erupts for the second time in a month

Sicily, ITALY (WHDH) – Mount Etna in Sicily erupted for the second time this Tuesday on Tuesday.

Ash spewed from one of the world’s most active volcanoes, and the smoke that billowed into the air forced it to temporarily close an airport in the area.

Nearby towns and roads, now covered with ash and lava, flowed out of Etna well into the evening.
