Birmingham City will face former boss Chris Hughton later this season after returning to football management with Nottingham Forest
Hughton, 61, was in charge at St Andrew’s for the 2011-12 season and delivered some memorable moments in his campaign alone; The Blues, back in the league after the club’s Carling Cup victory and relegation to the Premier League, had a Europa League campaign in which they were unlucky enough not to advance to the group stage with 10 points
Hughton also led the Blues to the Championship play-offs after a strong national campaign and back-up FA Cup race in which they won at Wolves and took Chelsea to a rerun
