The driver of the car was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries, while the occupants of the other vehicles were uninjured
Police have asked anyone who witnessed the collision to make contact by message on social media (@SurreyPolice), via chat on the Surrey Police website (surreypoliceuk) or by calling 101 citing reference PR / 20244107
In another incident, emergency services also responded to a truck fire on a sliproad at exit 6A of the M1 on the M25
