This is Istro’s first launch of the year due to the Corona transitionEnemy movements will be monitored by Earth Observation Satellite Synthetic Aperture Radar during the day as well as at night. The satellite will be of particular benefit to the Army against the backdrop of tensions in Ladakh
Along with the Earth Observation satellite, other commercial satellites will also be launched under the trade agreement with Istro’s Newspace India Limited.The satellites will be broadcast live on Istro’s website, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter channels.
