Lucknow: In view of the festival of Karvachauth, the state government has decided to conduct a corona check of all the henna planters on Tuesday. This decision has been taken to protect the people especially the women from infection.
Principal Secretary Health Alok Kumar said on Monday that Wednesday is Karvachauth. In view of this, on Tuesday, a large number of married women will come out to get Mehndi. To save these women from infection, the government has decided that random sampling of all the henna planters will be done.
The state government is conducting a 16-day special campaign to control the corona infection even further. In this campaign started from October 29, focus sampling is being done for people living in contact with more people.
Corona samples of
three-wheelers, rickshaw drivers were taken. Corona sampling was done on 30th of October by visiting sweet shops, 1st of November in restaurants and religious places. Corona samples will be taken at security malls of shopping malls on 03 November and vehicle stores, shops selling electric goods on 04 November.
Significantly, a special campaign has been launched in the state in June to control the infection, in which the level of infection among dhaba operators, drug dealers, people living in old age homes, drivers etc. He was corona examined for.
