India on Monday offered Mauritius a $ 100 million line of credit to facilitate defense procurement, and the two countries signed a comprehensive partnership agreement here following talks between Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and Mauritian Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth economic cooperation.
