Following an investigation into an incident at a Flinders Street hotel in Townsville on January 16, police reported three men of a violation.
The incident occurred around 12:40 pm when police interfered with the Townsville Safe Night Precinct.
A 56-year-old man was rushed to Townsville University Hospital for treatment, and two men, ages 19 and 21, were given prohibition notices.
After an investigation, all three men were Notices of public nuisance violations were issued today, and a prohibition notice was also issued to the 56-year-old man.
