Here’s the pre-crash preview: The soaring Mumbai City FC will face an injured Bengaluru FC (BFC) at Fatorda Stadium on Tuesday. Sergio Lobera’s team is only one point away from the top, unbeaten in seven games, scoring 13 top-tier goals and conceding just three times in eight games.
BFC, on the other hand, lost two straight away to be limited to fifth place and failed to score a goal in consecutive games for the first time in the ISL.
For Lobera, however, BFC was a nemesis. The Spaniard won only one of seven games in three seasons at FC Goa. Carles Cuadrats BFC managed to disrupt the free flowing style of the Lobera teams by digging a trench and pounding the counter. At the pre-game briefing on Monday, when Cuadrat said his team had “a plan,” it was difficult to shake off memories of the past.

The seventh edition of the ISL started on November 20th in a bio-bubble in Goa.
During the four-month tournament, eleven teams will play against each other in a league and playoff format at three venues. With the addition of SC East Bengal, 115 games will be played this season, up from 95 last season.
