Lisa Vanderpump responded to news that her former SUR employee and Vanderpump Rules costar Lala Kent gave birth to their first baby with her fiancé Randall Emmett, a daughter named Ocean Kent Emmett.
All in one new interview told Vanderpump E! News that she wanted to give the new mom some space before contacting her to offer congratulations.
« Lala just had a baby this morning, that’s really good, » Vanderpump told the outlet on March 15th . The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star added that she stayed close to her new parents during the break from filming Vanderpump Rules.
« I’m very close to them, she’s even overserved on my new show, but I thought just, the last thing she wants, « said Vanderpump. “They said to me, ‘Are you going to call them? ‘I said,’ No, give me an address, I can send her flowers. ‘ But I thought I don’t think she wanted a new mom. The phone says, “Hey Lala, it’s me.” Just save your energy. I’ll call her later that afternoon. I just want to give her a minute. “

Kent is one of the few cast members on Vanderpump Rules , who was announced as a guest on Vanderpump’s new dinner party series Overserved. (James Kennedy is the only other costar to appear on the show, which features celebrity dinner guests at Vanderpump’s Villa Vander estate via BravoTV.)
It’s no surprise that the founder of Give Them Lala Beauty for the new company was selected by LVP as it has long held a special place in Vanderpump’s hearts. The wealthy restaurateur was even featured on Kent’s Give Them Lala … and Randall Podcast when Kent announced she was pregnant.

While Kent received a dinner invitation, former Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor, who is expecting a son with wife Brittany Cartwright in April, previously said he hadn’t heard from his former boss in the past few months .

It is unclear whether Vanderpump has contacted new mother Stassi Schroeder since welcoming their first baby, daughter Hartford Charlie Rose, with husband Beau Clark in January. Vanderpump was previously closely associated with Schroeder and In 2019 she even held an engagement party for her and Clark in her house at Villa Rosa.
