According to reports, wildlife officials in Florida are searching for information about the perpetrators of an attack on a manatee that apparently had the word « Trump » scratched on the back.
The attack on the animal was published on the Citrus County Chronicle reported, which showed a picture of the large aquatic mammal named the President of the United States, clearly visible by etching it into its skin.
« The US Fish and Wildlife Service is investigating harassment of a manatee, » it said in the newspaper, adding that the manatee was videotaped at the Blue Hole spring on the Homosassa River, state.
Large, gray, and docile manatees are popular Florida attractions, although their numbers are due to the loss of Habitat and the risk of boat strikes.
