At least two explosive devices were reportedly found in Washington, DC on Wednesday when supporters of President Trump stormed the U.S. Capitol to forcibly derail certification for the 2020 presidential election.
A bomb was found in the Beltway Republican National Committee headquarters found, the New York Times reported, citing sources briefed on the matter.
The report also states that a suspicious package has been investigated at Democratic National Committee headquarters, although that package has not been investigated was immediately classified as explosive.
NBC News also reported that at least one other device was found on the US Capitol grounds.
At least one person was shot dead in the chaos on Capitol Hill, a woman reportedly in critical condition.
