World news – Pair of walking dog killed minutes after street rage incident

A couple walking their dog were hit and killed in a horror crash this afternoon, minutes after the same car was allegedly involved in a traffic incident.

A couple walking their dog were hit and killed in a horror crash in Alexandra Hills, east Brisbane this afternoon, minutes after the same car was allegedly involved in a road traffic incident.

Police say the allegedly stolen Toyota Landcruiser drove dangerously through an intersection and hit a tow truck.

Shocking footage was taken of the same car that allegedly overturned another vehicle 15 minutes before the pedestrians died.

The footage shows a man pointing at the driver of a silver hatchback while waiting at a red light.

When the light turned green, the four-wheel drive crashed into the side of the silver car.

Finucane Road near Vienna Road is closed in both directions. Police say it is unlikely to be open for several hours.
