Puppies at a Queensland pet store narrowly avoided getting burned thanks to the efforts of local police.
A fire broke out in a motorcycle shop on Lawrence Drive in Nerang, on the Gold Coast, around 6pm on Sunday evening.
In some cases they held the puppies in their arms while in other cases they walked them in cages.
« Let’s go, little darlings, » says a police officer as he lays the puppies on the floor.
