A man has died after being charged by a bull at a rodeo event in regional NSW.
The man was treated on site by paramedics before being taken to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital, where he died.
Oxley Police District officials have been informed of the man’s death and are under investigation.
Tamworth, which usually hosts its famous Country Music Festival this time of year, holds the Golden Guitar Awards on Saturday night
Lumsden was named Artist of the Year, while her album Fallow won Album of the Year and Alt-Country Album of the Year.
The singer-songwriter from Tallimba in central west New South Wales also won Single of the Year for her song Fierce and Best Music Video for Mountain Song / This Too Shall Pass, directed by her husband Dan Stanley Freeman.
