FORT MYERS, Fla. (KAKE) – Sunrise Christian Academy defeated IMG Academy 70-63 on Friday to secure a spot in the championship game of the GEICO High School Nationals.
Kennedy Chandler, a Tennessee- Commit, had a team high of 25 points in victory for the Buffaloes.
Wichita-born and future Kansas Jayhawk Gradey Dick had three and one and ended with 8 points and a team high of 10 rebounds.
Sunrise will compete against Monteverde Academy in the national championship game on ESPN at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
