Two children are dead and two others are seriously injured after a hit near Dubbo.
Ambulance services were called to Warne Street in Wellington at around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon after five people were reported to have been high The NSW police told AAP that two children had been pronounced dead while another had been flown to the hospital.
