The successful launch and early strong adoption of Altium 365 created the opportunity to strongly pivot Altium’s management and organizational structure to the “cloud”
Altium is separating its cloud operations from its software business and will focus on growing its market opportunities and expanding into the wider electronics ecosystem

As part of the new organizational structure, Altium’s product marketing and development will be split between cloud and software, each with their own leadership and organizational roadmap
The separation will allow Altium’s cloud business to grow at a different rate and form a SaaS-like organizational structure around its products and go-to-market processes
Another strategic advantage of the new structure is the separation of high volume sales and broadband sales to support Altium’s journey to 100,000 subscribers by 2025 and dominance of the design industry. of printed circuits
As part of the restructuring, Altium appointed Executive Director Sergey Kostinsky as chairman
In the new role, Kostinsky will focus on driving high performance in the execution of all operational areas with particular emphasis on the rapid development and adoption of Altium 365

The company also appointed Martin Ive, who led its global finance function for more than 15 years and provided strong business support to sales teams, as the new CFO
