The dashcam footage was captured by Craig Rogers and Rondelle Nicol and uploaded to an open Google Drive account, before being shared with community groups in Gold Coast
« We just saved the lives of two babies today as they took the busy road near the Foxwell Road / Finnegan Way roundabout, » Ms Nicol said on Facebook on Thursday.

The education ministry said it was investigating « the serious incident » and officials from the department visited the daycare on Friday to investigate further
