Culibao was set for his first UFC win in his second fight after making his UFC Auckland debut in February

Culibao was called up on two weeks’ notice for a light fight with the dangerous Jalin Turner, who went on to claim a TKO second round victory

Coming out of the best camp of his life, Culibao trained for the featherweight fight alongside 145-pound champion Alex Volkanovsk

Jourdain started the fight with a flying knee attempt – Jorge Masvidal style – but Culibao narrowly avoided it

The Australian pulled off a quick strikeout in the first minute and maintained a dominant position in the clinch against the cage
